Music Performance Anxiety Workshop

My team and I are excited to present to you this workshop covering a subject that I have been passionate about for a long time as a consequence of personal experience, and I cannot wait to share with you what I have learned.


This exciting five-day workshop will go from March 17th to March 21st, from 10am to 4pm each day. It will be an immersive experience that includes a variety of activities to enhance personal growth and performance skills. After completing the questionnaire below, you can proceed to the payment to save your spot in the workshop, then you will receive an email with all the necessary information to get started.

  • Meditations: The workshop will start with guided meditations to help you relax, focus your mind, and cultivate a sense of presence. These meditations will create a calm and centered state, preparing you for the activities ahead.

  • Exercises on Self-Awareness: Self-awareness is crucial for personal and artistic growth. Through various exercises, you will explore your emotions, beliefs, and patterns of behavior. This process will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your unique perspectives.

  • Exercises on Self-Compassion: Building self-compassion is essential for maintaining mental and emotional well-being. You will engage in exercises that promote self-care, self-acceptance, and kindness towards yourself. These practices will help you cultivate a nurturing and supportive attitude towards your own journey.

  • Practice Techniques for Performance: The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to enhance your performance skills.

  • Performing for Each Other: As a culmination of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills by performing for your fellow participants. This supportive environment will allow you to receive feedback, gain confidence, and celebrate your growth as an artist.
